Heat Treatment
Nine computer controlled chamber type furnaces are available with water and oil quench baths for heat treatments such as homogenizing, normalizing, austenitizing, annealing, tempering and stress relieving.
Furnace size up to 5.5 x 3.2 x 2.4 m
Temperature range from 200oC to 1200oC

Machining
With an assortment of vertical and horizontal lathes capable of turning parts up to 4 meters in diameter and a variety of CNC mills, Urdan can machine most of the parts produced by the company.
Fabricating
Precision sheet metal fabricating, including shearing, bending, welding, finishing, assembling.
Assembly Lines
With the equipment available at Urdan, our personnel can build assemblies such as heavy support rollers for the cement industry, large pumps for power stations, complex gear boxes, cupolas and remote travel locks.
